Principal & Director of Product DevelopmentTodd Kuhlmann, CCIM, MRICS, is co-founder of Blyncc, LLC. Todd is an Instructor for the CCIM Intro, CI-101 Financial Analysis and CI-102 Market Analysis courses, and an active owner and investor of commercial Real Estate. He travels the country presenting web and mobile solutions for commercial real estate technology, marketing, GIS demographic analysis and financial analysis.
Professional Background:Prior to Blyncc, Todd served as the Vice President of CCIM Technologies, Inc. and Director of CCIMREDEX, specializing in commercial real estate property information exchange and marketing, as well as demographic and GIS technology.
In 1995,Todd founded KC Capital, a nationwide mortgage banker specializing in financing commercial and multifamily properties. For 14 years, Todd led KC Capital in closing several hundred million dollars in commercial real estate transactions.
He began his real estate career in 1990 as an agent selling and constructing multifamily properties. Todd co-founded an international real estate brokerage firm called Realty Global Network, Inc., representing international buyers in the acquisition of commercial real estate.
CCIM and Professional Affiliation Experience:Dedicated to CCIM and its Chapters, Todd served as the Central Texas CCIM President in 2003. Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute. He is a 2005 graduate of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy.
Personal Background/Interests:Todd’s primary interest outside of real estate is his family, which includes his wife, Lori and two children, Kayla and Blake. Together they enjoy many outdoor activities including traveling, camping, hiking and fishing.

Principal & Director of EngineeringHenry T. Kirk is co-founder of Blyncc, LLC. Henry is a iPhone and iPad developer and has been working exclusively with the iOS platform since March 2008 when Apple released the first iOS SDK. Henry leads the Blyncc iOS development team with 19 years of software development experience that encompasses a broad range of platforms and languages.
Professional Background:Prior to Blyncc, Henry founded Appluenza, LLC in 2009, a iPhone and iPad development company.
In 2008 Henry expanded his hobby of investment real estate. Since then he has completed nearly 300 hours of commercial real estate courses offered by ICSC, Appraisal Institute and other organizations.
In 2002, Henry founded a e-commerce company that supplied Apple computers, electronics and other multi-media related products to video professionals all over the world. Henry was one of the first to develop custom software to manage thousands of eBay auctions with ease, making the company the top seller in the eBay video category for 5 years in a row.
Professional Affiliation Experience:A active member of the CCIM New York Metro chapter, he currently serves as the Chapter Secretary and Technology Chairman. Henry is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Personal Background/Interests:Henry's primary interest outside of technology and real estate is his family, which includes his wife, Rachel and two children, Ethan and Jonah.

Principal, Tradd Commercial Real Estate Network & International Note ExchangeEddie Blanton, CCIM, is a founding principal member of the Tradd Commercial Real Estate Network and International Note Exchange, LLC. His office is located in Charlotte, NC. Blanton began his commercial real estate career back in 1996. While initially operating as a leasing agent and property manager, he has since specialized in the areas of retail investment brokerage. He holds real estate broker licenses in both North and South Carolina. In 2001, he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has served on the North Carolina CCIM Chapter's Board of Directors since 2004 and was the Chapter's 2010 President. He currently serves with the CCIM Institute as a 2011 Regional Vice-President, sits as a Member of the Board of Directors and is the Member Service's Committee Vice-Chair. Additionally, Blanton is a member of the CCIM J.W. Levine Leadership Development Class with an anticipated graduation in October 2011. He is also an instructor for CCIM candidates, where he teaches the Portfolio of Qualifying Experience writing class. In addition, he recently began teaching the CCIM Excel Financial Calculator Class. Blanton is also very active in his local community, where he is involved in the Park Sharon Athletic Association, Room-In-The-Inn and Victory Junction Gang. His family and he attend Sharon Presbyterian Church. Eddie resides in the South Park area of Charlotte with his wife Kristin and their son Zachary.

During that time he has excelled as one of the top sales representatives at his respective companies and always focuses on the highest level of service and knowledge of his industry and products.
Professional History:Being a lifelong learner has afforded Philip with vast knowledge in his professional career. During his ten years in Real Estate financing, most spent in the commercial field, he successfully reached out to both small and large investors. He not only stayed on top of the ever-changing lending parameters, but creatively worked lending packages to suit both the lender and the investor. In all, Philip has been key in helping scores of clients obtain solid real estate financing to fit their needs.
Seven years in the technical sales industry led Philip to become a Regional Sales Manager in the semiconductor industry, where he broke open companies like Motorola, Hitachi and Hyundai. This experience steered Philip into a personal interest in technology so that he stays on top of current trends, and enjoys dabbling in web design in his free time.
